What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-ins start from 3 PM.
Check-outs are until 11 AM. -
Is the reception open 24/7?
In hotels, the reception is open 24/7. In aparthotels, it is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. every day (however, a member of our team is always on site in case of an emergency).

Can I check in earlier or check out later?
If you arrive before 3 PM, you can either leave your luggage at the reception for free or request an Early Check-In (subject to availability and at an extra charge).
Want to stay in your room longer ? Then request a Late Check-Out (subject to availability and at an extra charge). -
Do you have luggage storage?
We can store your luggage for free from check-out until the end of the day. You can also leave them with us in the morning until your room is ready.

Puis-je prendre une douche après ou avant d’avoir accès à ma chambre ?
Both the Hôtel de France and the Hôtel du Centre have a courtesy shower. You can ask for access to freshen up before your arrival or after your departure.

Can I smoke in my room?
All our rooms and indoor common areas are non-smoking and equipped with smoke detectors. Some rooms and flats have balconies or terraces where smoking is allowed.

I forgot my shampoo. Do you have essential products?
All our rooms and flats offer complimentary Galimard brand toiletries. (Galimard is a famous brand from Grasse, the world capital of perfume and a UNESCO World Heritage site we encourage you to visit!)

Are your accommodations heated/air-conditioned?
All our rooms and flatshave individual air conditioning and heating systems.

Can I eat in my accommodation ?
Yes, in the aparthotels you can even cook!
In all our establishments, you can take your breakfast with you at no extra charge.
If you'd like to order from UberEats, Deliveroo or others, that's allowed. Don't hesitate to ask our reception team for advice :) -
Do you have twin rooms?
Yes. Please request this in advance at reception.

Can you put a crib in my room ?
For your little ones, we offer a baby kit upon request at reception: crib, high chair booster, and bathtub.
This is free for all guests who book directly with us. -
Do I have to clean up when I leave the studio?
In hotels, all cleaning is included.
In aparthotels, cleaning is included and on request. Before you leave, all we ask is that you leave the kitchen clean.

Is there a mini bar ?
Better than that! All our rooms and apartments are equipped with mini-fridges (colder than the minibars) so you can keep your food in them.
Drinks and snacks are available 24/7 at reception or in our honesty bar.

Do you have family rooms?
Our rooms and apartments can accommodate from 1 to 6 people (please refer to the description of each category). We do not have interconnecting accommodation but will do our best to place you as close as possible to the rest of your family or on the same floor.

Do you have rooms or flats with a sea view ?
No. But you will find below the walking distances from our establishments to the sea, the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais:
Hôtel de France, an AMMI hotel: 2 min.
AMMI Nice Massena: 6 min.
AMMI Nice Lafayette: 8 min.
AMMI Vieux Nice: 10 min.
Hôtel du Centre, an AMMI hotel: 15 min.

Is breakfast included in the room rate ?
This depends on the fare you chose at the time of booking. It can be added at any time.

I have reduced mobility. Do you have any PRM rooms ?
Hôtel de France has 2 PMR-approved rooms. Our other establishments are not able to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Staff in all our establishments are trained to welcome the visually and hearing impaired; we also have special equipment: large-digit remote control, illuminated alarm clock, support bar in the bathrooms of some rooms. Contact reception beforehand for more information.

Do you accept pets?
Our friends the cats and the dogs (-10kg) are welcome in all our establishments except AMMI Nice Lafayette for a supplement of 15€ per night. However, we will require a deposit of €150, which will be refunded on your departure, after an inspection of the property.
Please ensure that your pet is kept on a lead or in a carrier.
Under no circumstances may your pets be left unattended in your room.
If damage is caused by the actions of your pets, the hotel may charge for additional services and repairs.
We also rely on you to prevent your pets from making excessive noise, being disruptive or aggressive towards other guests.
Pet bowls are available free of charge on request.

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept the following methods of payment:

How do I get there from the airport?
There are plenty of options, as all our establishments are located in the centre of Nice:
By tram 2 (direction Port Lympia) get off at the nearest tram stop and walk a few minutes.
There is a surcharge for purchases at the airport terminal: a return tram ticket costs €10 + €2 deposit for the rechargeable card, i.e. €12...
By downloading the Ligne d’Azur Tickets mobile application: load tickets at the standard fare (€1.70)
The return journey will therefore cost you 2 x 1.70 = €3.4 per person (+€2 deposit for rechargeable card depending on your mobile device).
For Android users: the ticket can be loaded directly onto the phone (no deposit payment for the rechargeable card)
Gain: 12 - (2 x 1.70) = €8.6
For Appple users: the ticket can be loaded onto the card via the phone (€2 deposit for the reloadable card)
Gain: 12 - (2 x 1.70) - 2 = €6.6By shuttle :
Travel with our trusted drivers who will follow your flight and wait for you at the terminal with a name sign. You can book this service in advance at reception. You'll enjoy an idyllic journey to the hotel, along the Promenade des Anglais overlooking the Baie des Anges.By taxi :
Handy last-minute option, remember to check that you're not being charged for any extra options and to note the vehicle registration number. -
Can I book a shuttle/transfer from the airport ?
Of course you can! Reservations can be made in advance with reception: a private driver will be waiting for you in front of your terminal with a name sign.

How do I get there by car?
From the east: Exit 50 Promenade des Anglais (Nice Centre)
From the west: Exit 54None of our establishments have their own car park, but they do have partnerships with public car parks in the surrounding area. Please contact the reception of the establishment in question to reserve your car park at preferential rates compared with the general public rates.
We recommend that you double-park as close as possible to your establishment to drop off luggage before parking in the car park.

Do you have a carpark ?
None of our establishments have their own car park, but they do have partnerships with public car parks in the surrounding area. Please contact the reception of the establishment in question to reserve your car park at preferential rates compared with the general public rates.
They will also let you know about the process of entering and exciting the carpark.

Where can I find a charging point for my electric car?
Electric recharging points are located throughout the centre of Nice and not far from our establishments. Please contact the establishment you are interested in to locate the nearest charging point.

Which clean means of transport are available in Nice ?
You can use the services of the city's public transport company, Ligne d'Azur : the tram lines and some bus routes are powered by electricity.
For added flexibility, self-service electric bicycles are available throughout the city (via the Lime and Pony applications). You can also access self-service electric scooters using the Yego app.

Our teams will be delighted to share their best addresses. We can make reservations for you. Please note, however, that it's a good idea to book well in advance, as everything fills up quickly, especially in high season !

Can I order food in my accommodation?
Yes, if you want to order from UberEats, Deliveroo or others, you can. Don't hesitate to ask our reception team for advice on the best delivery addresses in Nice.

Can you help me surprise my other half when they arrive in the bedroom ?
With pleasure ! We offer in-room receptions for birthdays, romantic receptions for lovers, and Niçois receptions for those who want to be immersed in the atmosphere from the moment they arrive. We look forward to hearing from you !

A towel takes up too much space in my suitcase. Can you lend one for the beach?
Yes, we rent beach towels. Please contact the reception of the establishment you are interested in.
